If you are a Samsung user one such app comes default is Glance Lockscreen wallpaper. It’s dynamic wallpaper which keeps changing each time when you activate the screen by double tap or face unlock etc. For some it’s beautiful entertaining they make phone everytime fresh and live. But for some it may be annoying and don’t want to change the wallpaper unless they do. But the problem is that you don’t have control over it on what it should show and you may not always like the wallpaper changing.

Why Glance Lockscreen wallpaper is annoying?

  1. Data Consumption: To keep on changing the lock screen one it needs to be internet connected all the time which consumes your data if you are on a travel not on WiFi it consumes a lot of your data.
  2. Battery: To run anything in the background continues battery supply also needs to have and consumes more battery than a static wallpaper.
  3. Identity: For example, if two or three friends together bout Samsung mobiles which almost looks same from the front. If you have set the wallpaper by yourself then max the chances are your phone won’t piked up accidentally by your friends.

Like above there are many other reasons why I personally disable Glance Lockscreen Wallpaper and many other Samsung user want to remove.

In fact Samsung does smart moves to keep the Glance, you can’t find with the word Glance in settings and also you don’t find in Lockscreen settings either.
